parents continue to have a financial obligation towards their children, meaning one parent must pay child support to the other for the benefit of the child.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bcffe4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9bcffe4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Child support is indeed intended to cover all basic expenses related to the children, such as food, clothing, housing, and other costs like extracurricular activities or school-related meticulously calculated based on the type of custody and the respective annual incomes of each parent using the Child Support Determination Form, also known as Annex only available to spouses who were married and meet a series of very specific criteria established by law. Common-law partners may only be eligible if they explicitly provided for it in a notarized cohabitation agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element below:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31cd6bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"31cd6bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>a) The resources and needs of each spouse;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-664e319 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"664e319\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>b) The length of cohabitation during their marriage (e.g., one spouse worked while the other took care of the household);<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-caa3c6d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"caa3c6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>d) Any order, agreement, or arrangement for the support of either spouse (e.g., upon their separation, the spouses agreed that one would pay the other an amount of $300.00 per month);<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
